Today’s Shelter
To ensure Delta Tau Delta remains competitive, the House Corporation invested approximately $600,000 into the Shelter over the last five years to address some outdated aspects of the facility. The investment was prompted by renovations and new facilities being built by other fraternities. In the past eight years six fraternities have undergone major renovations or completely rebuilt new houses. The structure of the facility holds strong today. The House Corporation has been strategic in addressing the most critical needs for the Shelter and worked within its own budget to make improvements to the facility.
